Whistleblowing policy
FINNOMENA Public Company Limited gives employees and other stakeholders a channel to report suspected wrongdoing, including fraud, corruption and breaches of law, regulations or the Company's code of conduct.
Protection for whistleblowers
The Company keeps the identity of whistleblowers and the information they provide confidential, and does not tolerate unfair treatment of anyone who reports in good faith. You may report anonymously, but please give enough detail and evidence for the matter to be looked into.
